Important Announcement Regarding the Short-Term Rental Amendment
The Board has completed the voting process for the proposed short-term rental amendment. After reviewing the final results, the amendment did not receive the required 75% approval needed to pass.
The final tally was 108 signed and returned ballots, representing approximately 50% participation from homeowners. While we appreciate the level of engagement, the governing documents require a 75% supermajority vote of the ownership in order to approve a change to the rental restrictions.
As a result, the current rental policy will remain in effect: single-family rentals are permitted with no minimum rental term requirement.
Thank you to everyone who participated in both the pre-amendment poll and the official amendment voting process. Your involvement and feedback are greatly appreciated.
