The Board

Loma Linda HOA is managed by a board of five directors (see the By Laws – Article 4).
Elections occur at the annual meeting. 
One director serves for 3 years, two directors serve for 2 years, and two directors serve for 1 year.

Park

The Loma Linda Park land is owned by Polk County and is leased to us for $1.

It includes swing sets, slide, jungle gym, half basketball court, and a grass volleyball court (beware of sand spurs).

It is for LL HOA residents and renters only (not open to the public).

There is an entrance from Alta Vista Court on the West as well as along Loma Bonita Dr on the East.

Parking is available along Loma Bonita Dr.

The park hours are morning to dusk (approximately).  The two gates are locked at night.
